Thank you for wishing to purchase 4Life Transfer factor as a Preferred customer.

We are confident the products will benefit you and your family.

You have elected to buy the products using your credit card, and you can fill in the Preferred Customer Order form found here, and email to us for processing.

Guide on completing the Preferred Customer order Form

1) Fill in your name, address, contact details,etc

2) Tick "New Customer"

2) Fill in Id # of the distributor who introduced you to ForLife :Yeap Poh Yeim, id number: 6784120,

3) Sign the form.

4) Fill in the Product Name you wish to buy now. (Don't worry about the "item number" ).

5) Fill in the Quantity.

6) Leave the other sections blank - (ie. LP, Wholesale, Suggested Retail)

7) Fill in your credit card details.

Option

We encourage you to be on autoship because its many benefits - so consider to be on this. Autoship is like a subscription, - like you subscribe to a favorite magazine, or subscribe to cable TV etc.
