No TIN & No BPI Account = No Payout/Bonus

We would like to remind all concerned distributors to submit their Tax Identification Number (TIN) as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as well as your BPI Express Saving Account in order for us to be able to release any withheld and future payouts/bonuses derived from the generous 4Life Rewards Plan.

If you do not have a valid TIN, please proceed to the nearest BIR office in your area and obtain one as soon as possible.
If you do not have a BPI Express Savings Account, you may secure an endorsement letter from our office and you can open a BPI savings account in any BPI branch anywhere in the Philippines. Just present the endorsement letter together with the other requirements of BPI Express.

NOTE: Should the endorsement letter signed by Ms. Jane Liao, Director for Finance, 4Life Asia-Pacific not be honored by a BPI branch, kindly report immediately to me or to any of our Distributor Support Assistants.
If you have an existing BPI Express Savings Account, you may use it for receiving your bonuses from 4Life Research head office as long as you have sign our Bank Transfer Authorization Form indicating also your TIN. This form will be submitted to the Distributor Support Department at the 4Life Research Philippines, LLC office in order for us to update your records in our system.

Satellite Office Opening In Manila

With the rapid growth continuing in the Philippines, 4Life is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Manila. The office will open for business on December 22, 2005 and is located at: Unit 1906, 19th Floor, Galleria Corporate Center, Edsa Corner Ortigas, 1100 Quezon City.

The office is open† Monday – Friday 11 am – 8 pm and Saturday 10 am – 3 pm; closed Sunday. This location is temporary while a permanent spacious office is being prepared. In the meantime through this new temporary office you will participate in:

4Life is excited to announce bank payment directly to your Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account*. Register now so you don’t miss out on your next commission payment. Please read the details about obtaining a BPI account and then fill out and return the Bank Payment form to 4Life as soon as possible.
*BPI is the only bank where 4Life will make deposit.

Please be prepared to provide the Tax Identification Number (TIN) upon enrollment if you are signing up with 4Life. If you are an existing Distributor, please provide the TIN on the Bank Payment form.

As many of you know, beginning October 1, 2005, 4Life began processing all order payments in your local currency – Philippine Pesos. This is a beneficial step in making progress within the Filipino marketplace. Our presence will continue to grow.
