A quick note about dosage- how many capsules to take? The products packing are meant for one month supply- in the case of healthy, supplementary usage. When you are health challenged, doctors have recommended to double or triple the dose. For healthy or maintenance dose. eg 60 capsules Transfer factor advanced formula with tri-factor - is meant for taking 2 capsules a day. Similarly the 90 capsules packing are meant for you to take 3 capsules a day. In the case where you feel a flu coming - feeling the chills, or the nose is stuffy, etc- top up your supplements for a few days to enhance your immune system. You would not want a Cancer relapse.
