With effect from March 2010: the following new autoship packages are now available, giving you great discounts for your regular purchases from 4LIfe Singapore.

Note, naturally your autoships can be put on hold at anytime by informing us by email.

1. If you are already a member of the 4Life Autoship Program, you are encouraged to re-sign up for the NEW Autoship packages to enjoy the new prices and packages.

2. Kindly return the completed and signed 4Life Autoship Form, together with the relevant document(s) to the 4Life Singapore Office to activate the New Autoship Packages.

3.NEW Autoship will only be activated the following calendar month upon receipt of the completed and signed 4Life Autoship Form by the 4Life Singapore Office
